Portre "Can"

2022

Neş’e Erdok’s “On the Boat” (Vapurda) series inspired this design’s amorphous form, reminiscent of the Bosphorus waves. The design, which your hand can grasp in full, invites you to hold deep conversations with your loved ones.

Natura

Inspired by Ferruh Başağa’s abstactions, the quiet and self-confident “Natura” is the most minimalist design of this collection. It alludes to the geometric transitions in Başağa’s paintings, and its form fuses grace and maturity.

Neş’e Erdok’s 1990 painting “Kleist and Henriette Vogel at Wannsee” depicts Heinrich von Kleist, a leading German romantic poet of the 19th century, together with Vogel, his lover who accepted his proposal to commit suicide together. “Kleist” and “Henriette Vogel” are inspired by this painting of Erdok’s as well as by such an experience of love.

Henriette Vogel

Firdevs Kayhan’s first collection “Arture” began with this design. It takes its inspiration from Ferruh Başağa’s painting entitled “Hiroşima”, one of the best examples of the artist’s abstract style.

Hiroshima

Mai ve Siyah

The “Blue and Black” cup takes its inspiration from the horizontal and vertical brush strokes of Mübin Orhun, a Turkish painter known for his abstract, geometric works exuding the artist’s proclivity for Eastern philosophy and mysticism.
